Mend Whirlpool WRN38R Refrigerator Broken Replace

light not turning on on whirlpool WRN38R?

After trying a new globe, we have worked out that the switch is broken. The fan noise that circulates the cold air does not turn on when you close the door. How do I replace this switch?

Hi, My light switch has also just blown out, and while the motor kept going, it no longer keeps anything cold.
