Mend Potterton E133 Boiler Error Reset

how can I fix my potterton combi boiler e133?

Boiler keeps showing e133 and offer e168 it would work by resetting it but now after a week of doing that it now won't work at all. Getting gas to my fire downstairs and cooker. Just not heating and water. Please help
