Mend Zanussi ZDC 73200w Tumble Dryer Fitted

zanussi ZDC 73200w won't heat up?

My zanussi tumble dryer wont heat. Up I have purchase and fitted a complete heater unit which has the thermostats attached already. I have cleaned all filter, water tank is empty and the chamber where water tank goes is dry. Can anyone else suggest something I could try?
