I have removed the console cover but I suspect that the pump is some where behind the tumbler.
Is this correct (which mens I need to squeeze in behind and remove the back?)
Once removed where is the pump that MIGHT be clogged located?
What steps do I follow?
Any other tips are also helpful

There is no back panel to remove. You tip machine back against the wall and access from underneath. Pump is at front right corner of the bowl. Try spinning the fan on the pump first to see if it comes free.
