The relay that switches the heating element will probably be the largest.
It will have two circuit tracks leading to it wider than all others - these will run away to the connectors for the heating element.
You test the relay (the easiest way) by changing it - relays are cheap. You will need soldering skills.
You could rig up test leads to the relay but it would be impractical to do so - and a negative result would not prove the relay to be at fault.
Alternatively you might consider calling in a service engineer.
