Cab til problems Erf EC6?

Hi. I cannot tilt cab on erf ec6. First I bled the system. By cylinders and by locks. That didn't help. Afterwards I rebuilt the cab tilt pump. Now I have replaced the cab tilt pump. Bled the system by loosening the hoses by both locks. I don't really know if it must be bled by both hoses on each cylinder.
To tilt cab, truck is in neutral. Front is open. Is there any thing else I have forgotten. I have done it exactly as the manual explains.
Hope there is someone who can give me any ideas in how to get it tilted as I need to replace my thermostat. And service the truck.
