Mend Renault Megane Mot Warning Light

My Renault megane has failed mot on the tyre pressure warning light being ?

My tyre pressure warning light is on and I've failed my mot due to this. I've replaced all valves with rubber ones and I know it says below to pull out fuse two but at the risk of sounding stupid what one is that?

I was told by Fords that as the car is fitted with tyre pressure monitoring then they have to work so removing fuses is no good you have to get the monitoring system fixed. It would be the same if the airbag warning light was on you are not allowed to remove the fuse
