how can i fix my circulasr saw?

the motor works but the blade will not rotate is there a part which has broken between the motor and the blade

Normaly, the blade is fixed directly on the motor axis.
If the motor works, you have two possibilities:
The blade is not correctly attached.
The axis is broken.

Check and make sure that the blade is correctly attached.

If the axis is broken, it's probably beter to simply replace the saw.
