Mend DAF 45 Coming Air Tank

How can I fix my daf 45 handbrake ?

My daf 45 the handbrake is not coming off and the truck is not able to move. I notice the air in the tank is full but the handbrake light still doesn't come off. I also notice when I put the handbrake leaver down I don't hear the air sound that I used to.
