Hello 'Lincoln Appliance NZ' - nice 'attitude' there - bit of a keyboard warrior? Uncomfortable with people fixing their machines and not paying you guys? tut tut.
I made a mistake in my statement, it was error code E3 not E4, which I believe is a problem with the heater element or temp sensors.
My question (which you avoided) still stands: How do I test the temp sensors to see if they are working?
If you don't have the knowledge or experience, maybe leave the question to others who can answer?
I'm here to learn, not denigrate.
Your post is a great advert why not to use any services which your company offers.
