2002 astra bertone 1.8?

Hi all I'm having an annoying problem where the traction control flashes on intermittently under normal driving conditions.
This is very frustrating especially on the motorway as it cuts the power to the engine.

The silly thing I've also found on the car is no tc button???

What the hell was vauxhall thinking by fitting no such button.

Anyways I suspect a problem,/" and I'm asking if someone could point me in the right direction on how to fix this.
