matrix mx194, lights flashing, base filled with water when cover removed?

Hello I have the same issue. I would like to ask where is this micro switch; do I reset the switch? How do I reset it? Or do I simply remove the water and it automatically reset itself?

Just had the same problem. Water leaked into the sump of the machine, causing a micro switch to trip. 10 minutes with paper towels and it is now working again. Don't forget to unplug the machine first as the motor etc are housed in that area.

Re Matrix dishwasher..had same problem as Dick.Followed his instructions and dishwasher is now working.Many thanks for advice.(saved me a fortune as no one was willing to come out as they hadn,t heard of dishwasher)..thanks again..Ross

We have the same machine and we had the same problem..it was the pipe that attaches to the spray arm it was cracked replaced it good as new for now..

CDA Matrix MX194 Dishwasher.

TURN of Electrics before you start.

Lights flashing + audible sound machines program not advancing, I found that my salt container was leaking into the bottom of the machine tray; this was making a polystyrene flout which is in a sump turn on a micro switch stopping the machine.

At the front bottom of this dishwasher are two plastic panels, remove them check to see if any water is at the bottom of the machine, inside you will see a plastic container with the polystyrene flout inside, remove any water from the sump ( I used a sponge), then see if machine works. You will have to find out where any water is coming from, it might not be the same place that mine leaked.
