Mend Bosch 35HE Boiler Heat Exchanger Pressure

Bosch 35 he leaking & low pressure?

Bosch greenstar 35he plus low pressure & leaking inside boiler have replaced prv & expansion tank as both where faulty isolated heating & pressure drops within two hours,suspect the heat exchanger got a crack or small hole in it to cause low ressure any idea where leak is coming from thanks
