Mend Halsted HE 30 Hot Water

adjusting hot water output temp. halsted ace he 30?

is there a way of adjusting hot water max temp on my halsted ace he 30 combi boiler ? the manual is very vague on the settings of the control dial under the led display. the water can get a bit to hot and is dangerous for small children.
