Integrated Kenwood dishwasher with E4 error code?

I have an integrated Kenwood dishwasher that is displaying an E4 error code. I have read on other forums that it is to do with a flood indicator and that tilting the dishwasher 45 degrees solves this but as mine is built in to the kitchen units I can't tilt it. How do I go about solving this?
