How do I fix my uniwell NX5400 cash register?

In closing my sales, the electricity went off and this error came out
E1-01. How do I fix it? It's not in the manual.

It is most likely caused by a weak battery that has not been replaced on time. When the power goes off, your whole programming gets corrupted. Battery life is around 3 to 5 years for most machines. See a dealer to have it checked.
