LG WM1832CM Will not turn?

Washer worked fine on one load, then on the next it seemed like it was straining to turn, until it stopped altogether. It turns manually without noise and I feel the same resistance as normal. The tub doesn't wobble more than normal either.

I tried the 4x right/left thing and it actually spun once, before doing nothing. Does this seem like the sensor people are talking about replacing, or...?
