"Machine" What machine? Make? Model?

"will not work onspin cycle" Does the progranmmer step onto the spin cycle? Is there anything from the machine? Inidicator lights? Filling activity? Smoke?

Can one suggest you find out the make and model then do a Google search for "make model not spining" - replacing make and model with your own.
