Mend Kirby G3D Where Put Hose

Where do I put the hose in?

I do not have a manual and do not know where the hose plugs in on my Kirby Generation 3, Model G3D. Where does it go?

1. Lift cover on top of base
2. Turn lever counter-clockwise 180 degrees. This releases the top of the brush assembly.
3. Turn square "tech drive" on front of base counter-clockwise 270 degrees (until red arrow on "tech drive" lines up with "belt off". This releases the belt.
4. Remove brush assembly.
5. Install hose unit over the opening securing it with the lever in 2, above. (Turn clockwise 180 degrees
