Mend Hotpoint CTD40 Lights Repair Fix

Hotpoint CTD40 dryer errorr lights, what do they mean?

My hoptpoint CTD40 spins and sounds workin, then the time delay button and high heat button flas about once per second, and the on off flashes rapidly, but the drums still going round. Im disabled on low income and need to know if its worth fixing or should I save for a new one please?
