Mend Whirlpool ADP5550 Dishwasher Blocked Repair

Whirlpool ADP5550?

My dishwasher has a pipe inside the machine at the back that keeps coming out and doesn't wash my dishes properly. I have to keep sticking it back in the hole. I asked a service guy and he said that the twirly things get blocked and that is why it comes out of hole. Does anyone else have this problem, its a pain in the neck to fix every day.
