how do i adjust soft close vitra toilet seat, there are no release buttons ?

i cannot get this toilet seat off to tighten as i cannot release it. it is only 6 months old. i have tried to pull it up gently but nothing works it just becomes more loose. thanks

Hello Peter,

On Vitra toilet seats, lift the lid and seat up and on the inside of the hinges you will find to off colour buttons. Press these in and lift off. Then you can get to the top fix screw and tighten. Hope this helps.
