Mend Immobiliser Start Flat

how do I disconnect the immobiliser?

i switch on but only the 4 hazards are flashing,
will not start.
battery went flat overnight, now fully charged but will not start
wonder if a fuse is gone as there is no sound from the alarm.
maybe the immobilser has kicked in.???
