My Gold G-215 Electronic Cash Machine, P-E message?

My Gold G-215 Electronic Cash Machine had the CCCCC message. I turned power off, held down keys 1,3,7,9, turned the power back on. It now has a message P-E and is constantly turning the receipt roll! Any idea how to fix this? I've turned the power off for now.

Any help much appreciated.
