how do i fix triton T90xr?

I would hazard a guess its the motor, expecially if it's slow, buzzy noisy and sparking.

There's a chance it could just be the brushes. Ask at www.showerdoctor.com whether the brushes can be replaced and, if so, what length they should be so you can check yours.
