How does one replace the drivers window in DAF 45 series? ?

I recently had farmer put stone through drivers window whilst mowing his lawn. I have been able to remove the window pieces and the glass shrapnell. But what is the procedure for putting the glass back? Rubbers keep breaking and there are small screws holding in the window frame?

What is the trick?
