Mend Pure Digital Flip Video Little Full Not

My little HD Flip Camera says it's full when it is not. ?

My little HD Flip Camera says it's full when it is not. I saw a You Tube video which said it can be reset but poking a paper clip in the pod mount hole.... but I have had no luck. Can anybody offer some expert help please?
