Mend Flavel Finesse 100 Dual Cooker

2 knobs sheared off - Flavel Finesse 100 Dual Cooker?

How do I replace 2 knobs that have been sheared off. They are the 2 left ones (for the grill and main oven). I think the top and front panel will need to be removed, but I can't find anywhere that shows you how to do it.
