Mend Renault Scenic 1.6 Car Starting

renault scenic 1.6 2003?

the car has been starting very good all its life but recently it started the stoped after it stops its very slow to start up again does not happen often any ideas thanks. ive noticed lately when the blower is on I can smell a little bit of un burnt fuel not a lot but the smell is there not all the time.
