repair a popped section of resin table?

I have a poured resin coffee table from mexico that was stored incorrectly and exposed to heat and cold temps. The results is a 3" section of the top layer of resin has popped loose. I glued it down, but over the years the edges have started to release. Please tell me there is a fix!
