Mend Empisal EM-250 Deluxe

Needles keep breaking on my Empisal EM-250 Deluxe?

I have replaced the needle, bobbin and thread, there is no jam and all is clean and serviced, but my needles keeps breaking, All setting are correct. How do i fix this problem.
I also do not have the manual, where can i get one?
