my Binatone R350 2nd edition sat nav is stuck on first screen?

I have had this problem before, but left the sat nav charge to die as I could not get past the first screen which just says Binatone and Drive like a local.

I put it away and a few months later tried to use it again, and for a few weeks it work once I had charged it up fully.
This time, I di the same thing but did not leave it as long and the first screen is all that comes up. I cannot switch it off manually and cannot see a reset button that you referred to with other models. Any help would be much appreciated - Thank you for reading. :)
