Mend Vaillant 831 Valve Leaking Changed

Ecotec 831?

diverter valve was leaking and sticking, now the valve has been changed on power up the stepper motor moves fully out and stays there therefore putting the diverter valve into the position required for central heating and as a result no domestic hot water is available.
