we charge £35 per hour which is very cheap compared to alot of other shops, the gaskets should be available for around £15.00 for the head /base /exhaust gasket you can get pattern ones which are a copy of the original ones ,i would suggest you skim the head and barrel before you put it back together ,just get a pane of glass from a house window from somewhere and buy some grinding paste(fine) and take the studs out of the barrel by locking two nuts together and undoing them out of the barrel .then start by laying the glass down on a flat surface like a paving slab or something like that and then put a bit of grinding paste on the glass about a teaspoon full and then lay the head on it flat side down of course and then hold it and do circular motions with it for a about 5 mins, then turn it over and look at the flat surface it is making on it it sould be light grey and darker grey in places you want it all too look the same so keep it up until it looks like that, you will have to keep using some new blobs of paste when that is done do the same to the flat surface of the barrel and put it back together with new gaskets i would use a little bit of sillicone sealant ont the head gasket just a fine smear of it ,dont use blue hylomar its crap, and dont skim it anymore that you have to ,to make it flat or you will end up with too much compression :) ok you will be able to do it mate.just out of curiosity do you have the two washers either side of the small end bearing fitted to it as this model definately has them fitted to it !like the rgv250 and ts125r and aprilia rs 250 they all have these washers check and see if i were you ok jp good luck with it happy xmas and have a good new year mate ,adam
