Mend Boise Minutes Turn Unplugged

Put a Memorex Lens cleaner into Boise and it has gone dead. Can't it out?

After a few minutes the Boise went black. Can't turn off or on. Have unplugged and plugged back in but can't get it to even eject the cleaner disc. What can I do. Hope I haven't ruined it.
