Repair needed for Bose AWRCC2 cd player?

My bose has always seemed to be finicky about accepting CDs. Sometimes, it will say "disc unreadable" and if I eject it and put it in fast it might play it. Sometimes it makes a terrible noise when I put a CD in and then will have trouble ejecting it. Last week it would not play and would not eject. Then I turned it off and turned it back on and it said no disc was in it. I took the screws out of the bottom and opened it and the place where you put the CDs in was bent up and would not allow space for the CD to be ejected. I bent it back down, and was able to retrieve the CD, but of course now it won't do anything with a CD
