Mend Samsung RS21DGRS Plug Fuse Replaced

How can I fix RS21DGRS which has blown the plug fuse?

I returned to find the Fridge/Freezer RS21DGRS was switched off. I found the plug fuse had blown. When it was replaced the appliance burst into life, the panel illuminated, and then the it tripped the fuse. Any thoughts?
