Intermittent abs fault on megane cc 1.9 2005?

Hi. The abs warning light along with the stop light and brake light periodically come on. There is no pattern to it. I can drive 40 miles befor they come on it just get out the drive. If I turn the engine off and restart it the lights go out and the above starts again. I connected an Autel 801 to my car and its said the problems was the drivers side front sensor was faulty. I replaced this but the problem is still the same.
