Mend Beko DW601 Dishwasher Starting

beko dw601 not starting ?

My Beko dishwasher is DW601.
The programme indicator light is flashing and will not change to a different programme and the start/stop light does not come on when I press it.
I have tried switching it off at the wall and then starting again.
Help please?
