motors quit working on my Dual xd 7500?

Hey, mine did the exact same thing. I rode around like that for a while and ended up getting aggravated with it. What I ended up doing was hitting the open button, waiting for a second or two and push down on the face plate from the top. It just broke lose and has worked since. It did stick another time and I did the same thing again and it has had not problems since.
