Mend Dual XD7500 Working Power Yellow

motors quit working on my Dual xd 7500?

can I get a scematic? what do I need to look for? I have power to both the yellow (hot) and red. I can play a cd that is in the unit, radio, change eq & so on. I just cannot get it to open or eject using either the remote or manual. the fuse in back of unit is good and I have tried to reset it several times.
This radio is only around 3 months old.

Hey, mine did the exact same thing. I rode around like that for a while and ended up getting aggravated with it. What I ended up doing was hitting the open button, waiting for a second or two and push down on the face plate from the top. It just broke lose and has worked since. It did stick another time and I did the same thing again and it has had not problems since.
