How to adjust or replace the springs on the grass deflector of Mountfield? ?

The grass deflector flap is too easily moved by the air circulation with the result that grass comes out between the flap and the grass collection box.
How do I tighten this or if necessary replace the springs?
The model is Mountfield 16 inch Empress HP
