Mend Florabest FKS2200 C2 Electric Chainsaw Chain

I have just bought a florabest chainsaw but after after using it for the second time, the chain went loose. It seems that the tension plate marked 22 on the manual is unable the adjust the chain. Can I get a replacement? My chainsaw model no is FKS2200 C2
