blown fuses?

Hi I have a 2004 daf lf 45, battery was flat so i charged it up and tried to start, but it blow the e277 vic fuse. now i can't replace it as it keeps blowing as i put it in, so i disconnected the batteries and put fuse in when i connect battery it blows again.
also two other fuses blow they are all to do with vic.
not sure what to do as you can't put a computer to it if I cant keep a fuse in.
