Aqualisa quartz digital exposed QZ.A1.EV.05 shower not working?

The shower is 7 years old so no warranty. Contacted
aqualisa customer service explaining shower not working no response or noise from the push button.Tried the basics rcd switch etc. They wanted to sell me a new shower with warranty cover,even if i went for this which seems over the top, under health and safety would not allow the engineer to enter my loft because the loft is not boarded out. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
