Mend Samsung ER 650 Screen Black Display

My Samsung ER 650 screen is black?

It was working properly, now the adjustable display has gone black. I have tried using the contrast adjustment on the front right side, with no change. The screen is still black.

Is the backlight display going bad something that would just happen from one minute to the next?

It sounds like it has a backlight problem in the display. If you can still make sales, it probably needs the display repaired.
