Tefal Actifry?

good day,
I have Tefal actifry- MODEL: SERIE O01-1, Made in France. had purchased it in Dubai.
am facing the problem- it is not heating- no heat generated. all other function like - rotating, alarm setting is normal. how do i go about repairing it.

is there any Tefal authorized center in Mumbai, India.
