3 way fridge not working at all?

can it be fixed ? it doesn't work on 240v either, I have turned it upside down , I have been unable to locate the 12v fuse on my fiat kontiki that supplys the fridge as the click lighter for the gas is not working ( I put in a new one and a thermocouple)
if not cooling on 240 v is this the elements that are broken ? these fridges are so expensive and I really cant warrant new one ... thanks , M
