Mend Dixon 4515 Replacing Drive Lawnmower

replacing the drive belt on dixon 4515 lawnmower?

I have replaced the drive belt on my dixion 4515 lawn mower got mhe belt on ok but there is a spring that was attached to clutch that came off and also a stainless steel looking hook hanging down don't know what to do with that can you help me
