Mend Samsung ER-100 Open Like Stuck

I can't open the drawer. It has a squeal like a key is stuck?

How can I fix my samsung er-100. I can't open the
drawer anymore. It squeals like a key is stuck.
Tried to reset by unplugging and plugging in again. Same result. What can I try?

Try paying with another payment type. If the problem happens when you end a sale with cash, try credit or check etc. If the drawer opens, you have a setting problem related to the cash button. If you still have trouble, tell me how far you get through the sale and which button causes the problem.
