directbikes ninja starts runs but moves verry slow ?

i have a direct bikes ninja 50cc piece of crap it starts runs and rides at 20 mph and then bogs down and dies it wont pull up a hill or nothing anyone have any ideas some one said cdi unit some say auto choke any have a slight clue what could be going on thanks in advance
